A "manifest error" is defined as an obvious mistake in odds, results, or game parameters — including but not limited to odds that are materially inconsistent with prevailing market rates at the time of placement. Winings derived from manifest errors will not be paid and the affected stakes will be returned.

got55's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this clause operates to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory provisions of applicable law.
got55 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting got55 support via live chat or at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method following successful identity verification, subject to any outstanding wagering requirement obligations.
Upon account termination for cause, all Bonus Funds and associated pending winings derived from bonus activity shall be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned at got55's discretion following review, unless retention is required as part of anti-fraud or law enforcement investigation.
